A high-quality, 4-star hotel with a wide range of wellness services in the center of Kaprun, just 250 meters from the lower station of the small cable car to the Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn glacier, and 6 km from the Zell am See ski resort.

Catering: buffet breakfast until 11 am, "skier" snack from October to April, dinner with served (menu choice) main course and other dishes from the buffet.

Wellness: panoramic swimming pool (heated), Finnish sauna (85 – 95°C), herbal sauna (50 – 60°C), textile sauna, steam bath, salt cave, bio sauna, ice fountain, experience shower, Kneipp bath, relaxation room with heated water beds. In summer: outdoor pool and sun loungers.
